1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Card Glow Zone LLC ("Card Glow Zone", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Card Glow Zone website and games (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Card Glow Zone is a free, play-for-fun social casino offered for entertainment only. All games are played with virtual coins that have no monetary value. • cannot be transferred or sold; and
• may be adjusted, expired, or removed by us at any time.

Because virtual coins are free and carry no value, no purchase is necessary and nothing of value is ever at stake.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your age; use bots, scripts, or automation; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Card Glow Zone LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Game content is provided by third-party game studios and remains the property of its respective owners. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal entertainment.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or continuously available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Glow Zone LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to use it, which is zero (US$0).

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Card Glow Zone agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration on an individual basis, and you and we waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
