1. Information we collect

Because Card Glow Zone is a free play-for-fun service, we keep data collection to a minimum.

Play-for-fun account. When you create a free account, your display name and your age confirmation are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage). With our current settings this account information is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Contact requests. If you use our Contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond.
Technical & usage data. Like most websites, our hosting environment may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and to understand usage.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the Service and your in-browser play experience;
To respond to your support or contact requests;
To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage entries to remember your age-gate and cookie choices and to keep you signed in for play. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Third-party processors

Our website is served by a third-party web-hosting provider, which processes technical data on our behalf. Game content is loaded directly from third-party game studios via embedded frames; those studios may process technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your contact details with advertisers.

5. Your privacy rights (CCPA + U.S. state privacy laws)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

Know what personal information we hold about you;
Access a copy of that information;
Delete personal information we hold about you;
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell or share personal information; and

6. Data retention

Contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law, after which they are deleted. Information stored locally in your browser remains until you clear it from your device.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended only for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

The Service is intended for users in the United States and is hosted in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.
